said party of the first part has in and to any and all
horses, mules or cattle owned by C.Y. Crawford and G.
Henry Davis, formerly co-partners trading at and in
Alachua County, Florida, under the firm name and style
of Crawford & Davis.
Together with all and Singular the lands, tenements, hered-
itaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
