J.E. Haynsworth        }
Whereas, under and by virtue of a certain Final De-
cree entered and rendered March 28, 1916, and record-
ed in the Circuit Court Eighth Judicial Circuit of Flor-
ida, in and for Alachua County, in Chancery, in a
cause wherein J.E. Haynsworth was complainant and
George Brockington et al were defendants, and whereas
under and by virtue of said Final Decree and under
the terms of said Final Decree. I, F.Y. smith, as Special
Master in Chancery, under and by virtue of said Final
Decree, have levied upon the property hereinafter describ-
ed, and after having duly and legally advertised said
property for sale as provided by law, on Monday the 1st
day of May, AD 1916, and whereas on said day I did
as Special Master duly sell the said property herein-
after described, under and by virtue of said Final Decree
and levy, at public outcry before the Court House door
in the City of Gainesville, Florida, and whereas at said
sale J.E. Haynsworth became the purchaser of said
property hereinafter described at and for the sum of
Two hundred dollars, that being the highest, best and
last sum bid for the same at said sale and he being
the bidder there of and therefor.
Now therefore know all men by these presents that I
the said F.Y. Smith as Special Master in Chancery under
and by virtue of said Final Decree and levy aforesaid,
and the said advertisement and sale thereunder made
and for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
dollars to me as Special Master in Chancery, cash in
hand paid by the said J.E. Haynsworth, the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargain-
ed, sold and conveyed unto the said J.E. Haynsworth his
heirs and assigns forever the following described lot,
piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being
in Alachua County, Florida, and more particularly describ-
ed as follows, to wit:-
Ten (10) acres in the Southeast corner of the South two-
thirds of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter,
Section, five, Township eight, Range nineteen East, to-
