gether with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining, to have and to hold the
same unto him the said J.E. Haynesworth, his heirs and
assigns forever, as fully and completely as I the said
F.Y. Smith as Special Master in Chancery aforesaid
am lawfully authorized and empowered to do under
and by virtue of said Final Decree and levy aforesaid.
In Witness Whereof I the said F.Y. Smith as Special
Master in Chancery, have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this 1st day of
