I Hereby Certify that on this day before me, a
Notary Public in and for the State of Florida at
Large, duly qualified and acting and an officer
authorized to take acknowledgments of deeds
personally appeared John F. Bartleson and Wessie
K. Bartleson his wife, each to me well known,
and severally acknowledged that they executed
the foregoing Special Warranty Deed to Sarah Mar
garet Allen for the uses and purposes therein ex-
pressed: I Further Certify that said Wessie K.
Bartleson to me well known to be the wife of said
John F. Bartleson did on a separate and private ex
amination of her taken and made by me separate
and apart from her said husband, acknowledge and
declare that she executed the said instrument free
ly and voluntarily and without compulsion, con
straint, apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband. I Further Certify that the persons making
these acknowledgments are to me well known to be
the persons described in and who executed the said
instrument as aforesaid. In Witness Whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my official
seal at Jacksonville in the County and State afore
said, this the 10th day of April AD 1916.
