F.A. Rullmann    }
This Indenture, Made this First (1) day of May AD 1916,
between M.V. Raley, T.B. Hamby and his wife Emma M.
Hamby of the County of Duval and State of Florida parties
of the first part, and F.A. Rullmann of the County of Duv-
al and State of Florida party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, the receipt where of is hereby
acknowledged, have remised, released and quit-claimed, and
by these presents do remise; release and quit-claim unto the
said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said parties of the first part have in and to the follow-
ing described lot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the County of Alachua State of Florida, to-wit:
Westerly half (W 1/2) of the South-West quarter (SW 1/4) of
the North-West quarter (NW 1/4) Sec. 2. Tp. 10 s. R. 22 E. contain-
ing twenty acres more or less.
Being the same parcel conveyed by Warranty Deed under
date of Jan. 17, 1911 to Frederick Rullmann Jr. and re-
corded in the Public Records of Alachua Co, Florida.

Note. The Frederick Rullmann Jr. mentioned in War-
ranty Deed is the same person as is mentioned in this
deed as F.A. Rullmann.
To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, in-
terest and claim whatsoever of the said parties of the
first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the sec-
cond part his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and
year first above written.
