known to me to be the individuals described in and who
executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged be-
fore me that they executed the same for the purposes therein
expressed and the said Emma M. Hamby, wife of the said
T.B. Hamby, upon a separate and private examination by me
taken separate and apart from her said husband, acknowl-
edged to and before me that she executed said instrument
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion, con-
straint; apprehension, or fear of or from her said husband.

J.A. Maultsby and Bessie Maultsby, his wife of the Co-
unty of Alachua State of Florida hereinafter called the
grantors, to Matthias Marschall of the County of Nassau
State of Florida hereinafter called the grantee.
Witnesseth, That the said grantors, in consideration of
Ten Dollars, the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged,
do give; grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, enfeoff,
convey and confirm unto the said grantee, and his heirs
and assigns in fee simple, the lands situate in Alachua
County, State of Florida, described as follows:
