in Alachua County, Florida, said tract containing One
Hundred and Sixty Acres, more or less.
Also: The South East Quarter of the South East Quarter
of Section Twenty Six In Township Nine (9) South of Range
Twenty Two (22) East in Alachua County, said tract con-
taining Forty (40) acres more or less.
To Have And To Hold the same together with the hered-
itaments and appurtenances, unto the said grantee, and
his heirs and assigns in fee simple.
And the said grantors, for themselves and their heirs and
legal representatives, covenant with said grantee, his heirs,
legal representatives and assigns:
That said grantor is indefeasibly seized of said land
in fee simple; that said grantor has full power and
lawful right to convey said land in fee simple; as afore-
said; that it shall be lawful for said grantee, his heirs,
legal representatives and assigns, at all times peaceably and
quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land;
that said land is free from all encumbrances; that said
grantors, their heirs and legal representatives, will make
such further assurances to perfect the fee simple title to
said land in said grantee, heirs, legal representatives and
assigns, as may reasonably be required; and that said
grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever.
