Alachua and State of Florida:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot deeded by
W.C. Parker to Isaac C. Johnson, Thence running Wes-
terly along South side of public road leading from
La Cross, Fla, to Newnansville, Fla. 220 yards to where
said road crosses avenue from private residence of W.C.
Parker to Gainesville road, thence Easterly along said
avenue 196 yards to post, Thence North 177 yards to
point of beginning, containing by estimation 3 3/4 acres
More or less, in the SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 34
Township 7, Range 19 East.
And in consideration thereof, the said W.C. Carter has
executed a certain promissory note of even date herewith,
payable November 2nd 1916 for Two hundred forty five
and 62/100 Interest after maturity at rate of 10 %
now, if the said W.C. Carter shall well and truly
pay the said promissory note, with interest as stated
therein, and shall pay all taxes and insurance upon
the within-described property, unto the possession of which,
from the date hereof, it is hereby agreed he shall enter
and continue, then the said Bradford County Bank shall
execute a deed in fee simple to the said W.C. Carter
for the aforesaid property, when this obligation is to be
void, else to remain in full force and virtue.
