This Indenture, Made this 13th day of September A.D.
1915, between A.J. Da Costa as Trustee of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the first part,
and Elizabeth Jones of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, party of the second part. Witnesseth, That
the said party of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, have remised, released and quit-claim
ed, and by these presents do remise, release and quit-
claim unto the said party of the second part, and her
heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said party of the first
part have in and to the following described lot, piece
or parcel of land, to-wit: Lot Twenty Six (26) of Da-
Costas Replat of Block 146 of Gibbs Addition to High
Spring Alachua County Florida. Reference being had
to page 101 1/2 of Plat Book "A" public records of said
State and County will more fully appear. To Have And
To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise there-
unto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, in
terest and claim whatever of the said party of the first
part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, ben
efit and behoof of the said party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever. In Witness Whereof,
The said party of the first part has hereunto set his
hand and seal the day and year first above written.
