me that they executed the same for the purpose therein
expressed, and the said Isabella Perkins wife of the said
W.P. Perkins, upon an examination taken and made
by me separately and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge before me that she executed said
deed freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion,
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.

This Indenture, Made and entered into on this 14th day
of Sept. AD 1915, between W.P. Perkins and his wife
Isabella Perkins of Alachua County, Florida, parties
of the first part, and Rosa and Flossa Truit of Al-
achua County, Florida, party of the second part, Wit-
nesseth: That the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of 30 dollars, and other val
uable considerations to them in hand paid by the par
ty of the second part, the receipt of which is hereby ac-
knowledged, has bargained, sold, transferred and con-
veyed unto the party of the second part, his heirs and
assigns forever, that certain lot, tract or parcel of land
situated in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 16
in B block two (2) of the D.E. Whetstone Addition of Hi-
gh Springs situated in NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of Section
two (2) in Tp 8. R. 17 East, being 50 feet E. & W. by 90 feet
N. & South. To have and to hold the same unto the par
ty of the second part, his heirs and assigns, together
with all and singular, the tenements, hereditaments
