wise appertaining. And the said parties of the first
part covenant and agree to and with the party of
the second part that they will defend the title to
said land against the lawful claims and demands
of their executors administrators and assigns, and
all persons claiming the same by, through or under the
said parties of the first part. In Witness Whereof,
