half interest in The Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section Nineteen (19) Township Nine (9) South Range Twenty (20) East
and the East half of the Northeast quarter North of Hog Town
Creek in Section Thirty (30) Township Nine (9) South Range Twenty

To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto ap-
pertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim what-
ever of the said parties of the first part, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of
the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.

ten.

I Hereby Certify: That on this 29th day July 1915, before 
me, personally appeared R.L. Black and Mayme L. Black, his
wife, to me known to be the identical persons described in,
and who executed the foregoing instrument, and severally
acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and the said May-
me L. Black, the wife of the said R.L. Black, on and examin-
ation taken and made separately and part from her said
husband, did acknowledge that she made herself a party to
said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
her dower, or right of dower, in and to the lands, tenements
and hereditaments therein described and thereby granted and re-
leased, and that she executed said deed freely and voluntarily
without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband.
