County of Alachua} I hereby Certify that on this 18th day of
September AD 1915 before me a notary Public in and for said State
and County at large personally appeared H.L. Gray and Mrs
Mollie E. Gray his wife to me Known to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument and severally
acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and the said
Mrs Mollie E. Gray the wife of the said H.L. Gray on an examination
taken and made separately and apart from her said husband did
acknowledge that she made herself a party to the said deed for the
purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower or right of dower
in and to the lands tenements and hereditaments to therein described
and thereby granted and released and that she executed said
deed freely and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.

          This Indenture made this 18th day of September AD 1915 between Robert
F. Gray (Bachelor) of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
first part and Mrs Mollie E. Gray of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) and other valuable
considerations Dollars in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised released and quit claimed
and by these presents do remise release and quit claim unto the said party
of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever all the right title interest
claim and demand which the said party of the first part has in
and to the following described lot piece or parcel of land to wit:
Beginning 80 feet South of the north west corner of Block 4 Brush's Addition
to the City of Gainesville run thence East 206 feet to east line of said
