Alachua County.  }  Personally appeared before
me Eliphas Peffords, who being duly sworn, says,
that he and J.Y. Easterlin were subscribing witness
es, to the foregoing deed of conveyance, and that
he the said deponent, saw the foregoing deed of
conveyance, signed, sealed and delivered, by the
grantors named therein, and at the time of the si-
gning, sealing and delivery thereof, each severally ac-
knowledged that they executed the same for the pur
poses and uses therein expressed, set forth and
contained, and that affiant and other witness there
to at the time named in said deed signed the same
as witnesses thereto.

     before me this Sept. 15th 1915.

This Indenture, Made this twenty-fifth day of January
AD 1915, between John Hilton & Fanny C. Hilton
his wife of the County of Alachua and State of Flor-
ida parties of the first part, and Mayor Vance Col-
lins of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part, Witnesseth, That the said
parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of One hundred and twenty-five Dol-
lars $ 125.00 Dollars, in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged have remised, released and
quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise,
