This Indenture, Made this 28th day of June, AD 1915,
between Edward Swann of the City, County and
State of New York, and Charles Gordon Carroll,
of the City of Fernandina, County of Nassau and
State of Florida, as Surviving Executors of the
Last Will and Testament of Samuel a. Swann,
late of the City of Fernandina, County of Nas
sau and State of Florida, deceased, parties of the
first part, and J.C. Harris, of the City of La Crosse,
Alachua County, State of Florida, party of the sec-
ond part: Whereas, said Samuel A. Swann, late
of said City of Fernandina, County of Nassau,
Florida, deceased, did, by his last Will and Tes
tament, constitute and appoint Edward Swann,
Samuel D. Swann and Charles Gordon Carroll,
the Executors of his Last Will and Testament,
and thereby invested them, as such Executors,
With full power and authority to sell and convey
my estate, both real and personal, as to them
shall seem meet, to execute and deliver titles
to purchasers thereof and to reinvest the proceeds
of sales as to my said Executors may seem best.
