This Indenture, Made this 29th day of Sept. AD 1915, between Charles
Welcome and Wife L. Welcome of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida, parties of the first part, and Malinda Banks of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Ten Dollars, in hand paid by the said party
of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars, in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of the second
part, and her heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said parties of the first part have in
and to the following described lot, piece of parcel of land, to-wit:
In Alachua County, Commence at North West corner of SE 4 of NE 4
of Sec. 18 Tp 8 R. 19E. Thence East 6.67 Chs, S. 8.50 Chs, West 6.67 Chs, North
8.50 Chs, to beginning containing by estimation 5.8 acres

To Have And To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertain-
ing, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatever of the
said parties of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, The said parties of the first part have here-
unto set our hands and seals the day and year first above written.
