at a regular term of the circuit court Eastern circuit
of the State of Florida began and held at the court house
in Newnansville in the county of Alachua for the
counties of Alachua & Levy aforesaid on Monday the
sixth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand

The Venire heretofore issued was now duly returned, and
the Jurors summoned to attend at the present term
of this court having been called at the door of the court
