It is therefore considered adjudged and ordered by this
Court that the said plaintiffs do have and recover
of and from the said Defendant the sum of Eighteen
hundred dollars, and his costs by him in and about
his said action in this behalf expended, and the defen-
dant in mercy &c, and that the title interest and claim
to the said Negro man Tom of the said Defendant is forfeited
and that the said Negro man Tom is the property of the said plaintiffs
The Grand Jury came into Court and made
