                            On motion of Solicitor for the
complainant in this cause a Decree pro confesso is entered to all
those several parts of the answer to which the exceptions were
sustained and no further, and no further answer has been
filed ---- The same to be entered up in the Chancery
Record Court

Ordered that all causes suits plaints, Indictments recog-
nizances rules ordered and other proceedings herein pend-
ing and next otherwise disposed of be continued until
the next Term of this Court.

Ordered that this Court do now adjourn
until Court in course.
