who Stands indicted of an affray and who to Same plead
not guilty and thereupon came a juror to wit

Who haveing been duly Sworn to well and truly try and true deliverance
make between the State of Florida and the defendants John H. May
Cornelius Rain William H. Cone David Province & Charles McMain
were Sworn on the part of the prosecution and the Jury haveing
heard the proof and allg alegations on the part of the defendant
as well as on that of the State, upon their Oath do Say that
they find the defendants guilty and assess them fines at five
Dollars Each therefore it is considered that the State of Florida
do recover from the Said defendants the aforesum of five Dollars
So assessed against them and the cost of this Suit Taxed at
Dollars and that Said defendants Stand Committed until
Said fine and costs are paid
