Tuesday May 7th 1850
Now on this day came George W. Aldrich William B. Hart,
and Phillip Dell and severly acknowledge themselves to owe and
Stand indebted to the State of Florida as follows to Wit,
Geo. W. Aldrich in the sum of Five hundred Dollars William
B. Hart & Philip Dell in the sum of two hundred and fifty Dollars
each to be levied of their respective goods and Chattels, Land and
tenements of default be made in the following condition which
condition is that if the above bounden Geo. W. Aldrich
Shall be and appear bef at the next Term of this Court to
be held on the first Monday of December next the 2d day thereof
and not to depart thence Without leave then this obligation
otherwise to remain in full force & affect And thereupon this cause is continued
on motion of Defendant & payment of the costs of this Term
