The Grand Jury returned into Court and presented the
following bills of Indictment

Thereupon the Grand Jury retired to consider of the busi=
ness before them


In the matter of the application}
of Samuel Kennard to be admitted}  O'Brien
a Citizen of the United States  }
                    Upon reading the petition of Samuel Kennard
to be admitted a Citizen of the United States, and it being
proved to the satisfaction of the Court by the testimony of
James Kennard, and John D.A. Weimer that the Said
Samuel Kennard had resided in the United States for
a period of five years; and had not during that time
been beyond the limits of the Same, and that at the time
of his arrival in the United States he was under the age
of eighteen years, and that
