Court met pursuant to adjournment
Present the Hon. William A. Forward  Judge &c

It is ordered that attachment, returnable to the first day
of the next Term of the Court, be issued against James T. Secrest,
Joshua Stafford, and Andrew Robb, to show cause why they
should not be fined for non attendance, as Jurors at the pre-
-sent Term of this Court.

Elijah Barrow was brought before the Curt upon the at-
=tachment issued against him upon yesterday, for not attend=
=ing as a witness; and the said Elijah Barrow having ren=
-dered his excuse to the Court, It is ordered that the attach-
=ment against him be discharged upon his paying all the
costs of the Same.
