vs } Keeping a gaming table
Elijah Barrow }
Elijah Barrow and John B. Standley appear
-ed in open Court, and acknowledged themselves to owe and Stand
indebted to the State of Florida in the manner following, to wit,
the said Elijah Barrow in the Sum of fifteen hundred dol-
-lars, and the said John B. Standley in the sum of Fifteen
hundred dollars; to be levied of their respective goods and
chattels, lands and tenements, if default be made in the con-
-dition following that is to say if the said Elijah Barrow
Shall be and appear at the next Term of this Court, to
answer to an Indictment for keeping a gaming table, and
shall not depart the same without leave of the Court, then
this obligation to be null and void, else to remain in full
force and virtue
Elijah Barrow and John B. Standley appeared in open
Court, and acknowledged themselves to owe and Stand indebted
to the State of Florida in the Sum of Fifteen hundred dollars
each, to be levied of their respective goods and chattels, lands
and tenements if default be made in the following condition
that is to Say; if the said Elijah Barrow shall be and appear
at the next Term of this Court to answer to an Indictment for
playing and betting at Cards, and Shall not depart the same
without leave of the Court, then that obligation to be null
and void, else to remain in full force and virtue
Samuel W. Burnett and John B. Standley appeared in open Court
and acknowledged themselves to owe and Stand indebted to the State
of Florida in the Sum of Fifteen Hundred dollars Each to be levied
of their respective goods and chattels lands and tenements if default
be made in the following Condition that is to Say; If the Said Elijah
Barrow Shall be and appear at the next term of this Court to answer
to an Indictment for Playing and betting at Cards, and Shall not
depart the Same without leave of the Court; then that obligation to
be null and void, Else to remain in full force and virtue
Saml W. Burnett and John B. Standley appeared in open Court
and acknowledged themselves indebted to the State in the Sum
of Fifteen Hundred Dollars to wit the Said Elijah Barrow in the
Sum of fifteen Hundred Dollars and the Said John B. Standley in
the Sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars; to be levied of their respective |
