                    On this day came the parties by their
Attorneys, and thereupon the plaintiff demurrer to the
defendants plea in abatement was argued, and because
it seems to the Court that the said plea and the mat-
=ters therein contained are Sufficient in law to abate the writ,
plaintiff's writ, the said demurrer is overruled, and
it is considered by the Court that the plaintiff take
nothing by his writ and the Suit is thereby dismissed

Ordered that all causes Suits Plaints, Indictments
recognizances rules orders and other proceedings herein
pending and not otherwise disposed of be continued
untill the next term of this Court

Ordered that Court do now adjourn untill
Court in Course
