This cause came on to be heard this day
at Alligator in the County of Columbia, as per agreement of
parties and in hearing Counsel and for reasons appearing
to Court, it is ordered and adjudged, that the verdict and
Judgment rendered in this Court at the last Term of this Court
be set aside, and that a new trial be and there upon
condition that the defendant pay the costs of the former trial

To which said ruling plaintiffs counsel excepts, and asks
that the same may be made part of the Record
The above order was received by due course of mail on
