The court met pursuant to adjournment

      vs              } Carrying Secret arms
Geo B. Payne          }   Mitchel
And now on this day comes the State of Florida by John P. Sanderson
Esqr who prosecutes the pleas of the State in this behalf also comes George B.
Payne who Stands indicted of a charge of carrying Secret arms and who to
the same plead guilty and prays the Court in mercy &c Whereupon the
Court having considered the same, it is ordered and adjudged that the
said George B. Payne do pay to the State of Florida the Sum of Twenty five
Dollars fine and costs of this prosecution therefore it is ordered that the State
of Florida do recover from the said defendant the aforesaid Sum of Twenty
five Dollars be adjudged against him and the costs of this Suit taxed
     Dollars, and that said defendant Stand committed on untill Said
fine and costs are paid
