the premises and assumptions in plaintiffs declaration mentioned

           Upon this case being called in its order upon on
the Docket, it appearing to the Court that no plea had been filed
to the declaration in case, upon motion of plaintiffs counsel
it is ordered that the plaintiffs do take a Judgment by default
and that the Clerk assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk
assessed the damages at one Thousand nine hundred and thirty four
39/100 dollars, Therefore it is considered and adjudged by the Court that
the plaintiffs do have and recover of and from the Defendants the
Sum of One Thousand nine hundred and thirty four 39/100 dollars
and their costs for their damages on account of the nonperformance 
of the premises and assumptions in plaintiffs declaration mentioned
together with the further sum of five dollars and ninety cents
in and about their suit in this behalf expended and the
Defendants in mercy &c
