                            Upon the calling of this case
in its order on the Docket it appearing to the Court that
no plea had been filed to the declaration in this case upon
motion of Plaintiffs Counsel it is ordered that the Plaintiffs
do take Judgement by default and the Clerk assess the Damages
whereupon the Clerk assessed the Damages at One Hundred
and fifty one Dollars and thirty Eight cents therefore It is
considered and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiffs do
have and recover of and from the Said Defendant the Sum
