thereupon it is considered and adjudged by the Court
that the Plantiff do have and recover of and from
the said Defendant the Sum of one Hundred and forty
Eight Dollars and Seventy Eight cents and there cost for
there Damages on account of the nonperformance
of the promises and assumptions in Plantiffs declaration
mentioned together with the further Sum of four Dollars
Seventy five Cents for there cost in and about there Suit in
this behalf Expended and the Defendant in mercy &c

the Court were sent out of Court to consider there verdict
and thereafter and upon the Same day the Said Jury returned
