ordered that James T. Thomas, and Caleb Higinbotham
defaulting Jurors who were regularly summoned to attend
as Jurors at the present Term, but made default, do
Show cause at the next term of this Court, why they should
not be fined for non-attendance at this term, And that
they be served with a copy of this Rule by the Sheriff -
at least Twenty days before the first day of next term
of this Court.
Ordered that the Court adjourn to the Court in
Course.

It having been made to appear Satisfactorly
to me that a case of necessity exists for the appointment of an
Elisor to serve pro sip in Levy County aforesaid. Therefore
by virtue of the power and authority in me (as Judge of the
circuit) by law vested I have appointed and by these presents,
do hereby appoint Daniel Morgan of the said Levy county
an Elisor and do hereby invest him with full power and
authority to execute and serve all legal process to be issued
and directed to him as such Elisor by the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of the County of Alachua and Levy in
said circuit to be executed and served in Levy County
aforesaid so long as such necessity may or shall

The petition of Adam Keil respectfully showeth
unto your Honor that he is now confined in cutody under
an alias Capias Charged with the offense of Larceny and
that he is desirous of giving fail for his appearance at the
next term of the circuit court in and for the counties of
Alachua & Levy to be held on the second Monday in December
next AD 1850 at Newnansville
He therefore prays your Honor that you grant him
the state most gratious writ of Habias Corpus cum |
