Continued on the affidavit of Defendant
Recognized in One Thousand Dollars Five hundred
dollars for principal Two hundred and fifty Each
for the Securities William Townsend and Zachariah
Kittler
          John H. Townsend William Townsend and Zachariah
Kittler appeared in open Court and acknowledged them
selves to owe and stand in debted to the State of
Florida in manner following that is to say the said John
H. Townsend in the Sum of Five hundred dollars
and the said William Townsend in the sum of two
hundred and fifty dollars and the said Zachariah Kittler
in the Sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to be levied
of there respective goods and chattles Slaves lands
and tenements if default be made in the following
Conditions that is to Say If the said John H. Townsend
shall be and appear at the next term of the Court
to answer an Indictment for Larceny and shall
not thence depart without leave then this obligation
to be null and void else to remain in full force and virtue
