       vs          }  Larceny
Isham Peacock      }
    Continued on the affidavit of Defendant, recognized in one
thousand dollars, Five Hundred Dollars for principal two
hundred and fifty for the Securities, Daniel Lynn
and John M. Hires.
Isham Peacock Daniel Lynn and John M. Hires appeared
in open Court and acknowledged themselves to owe and stand indebted
to the State of Florida in manner following that is to say
the said Isham Peacock in the sum of Five hundred dollars
and the said Daniel Lynn in the sum of Two hundred
and fifty dollars and the said John M. Hires in the sum
of Two hundred and fifty dollars to be levied of there
respective goods and chattles Slaves Lands and Tenements
if default be made in the following Conditions that
is to say if the said Isham Peacock Shall be and appear
at the next Term of this Court to answer an Indictment
for Larceny and shall not thence depart from the Court
without leave then this obligation to be null and void
Else to remain in full force and virtue

                   On this day came as well the Solicitor
of the State of Florida James M. Baker Esq Who prosecutes
the pleas of the State in this behalf and the Defendant
in person and the said Defendant pleads Guilty and with
the consent of the Solicitor submits the Case to the
Court thereupon the Court Sentences the said Defendant
to pay to the State of Florida the fine of Ten $10.00 Dollars
together with the cost of this prosecution Whereupon the Court assessed
the punishment at a fine of ten Dollars - It is therefore considered by this Court that the State of
of Florida have & recover from the Defendant the Sum of Ten Dollars & costs of prosecution
