J. Standly in person appears in open Court and consents to
the order of Sale.  It is therefore ordered Ordered therefore that the
Sale be granted, and the case transfered to the Circuit Court of Marion
County, and the Clerk of this Court to transmit all the papers therein
under seal to the Clerk of said Court of Marion County.
