vs } Gambling
Simeon J. Sanchez } Mitchell & McIntosh
Continued by consent of parties, and the Defendant
recognized in the Sum of one thousand dollars, for his appearance at the
next Term of this Court, five hundred dollars, for principle and
five hundred dollars for the security
Simeon J. Sanchez, and William D. Clark appeared in open
Court, and acknowledged themselves to owe and Stand indebted to
the State of Florida in the Sum of one Thousand dollars,
That is to say, that is to say Simeon J. Sanchez in the sum of five
hundred dollars, and William D. Clark in the Sum of five hundred
dollars, to be levied of their respective goods and chattles Slaves, land
tenements, If Default be made in the following manner
condition. That is to say, If the said Simeon J. Sanchez Shall to
and appear at the next Term of this Court, to answer an Indictment
for gambling, and shall not thence depart from the Court without
leave, then this obligation to be null and void, else to remain in
full force and virtue
