            On this day came as well the Solicitor of the State of
Florida, James m. Baker Esqr who prosicutes the pleas of the State in
this behalf, and the Defendant in person, and the said Defendant
plead guilty, and with the consent of the Solicitor, submits the case to
the Court, Thereupon the Court Sentenced the said Defendant to pay
to the State of Florida the fine of five dollars and the costs of
this prosicution, it is therefore considered by the Court that the State of Florida
do have & recover from the Defendant the Sum of Five Dollars the fine assessed as
aforesaid, and all the costs of this prosecution

     On this day came as well the Solicitor of the State of Florida
James M. Baker Esqr, who prosecutes the pleas of the State in this behalf
and the Defendant in person, and his Council M. McIntosh, and
the said Defendant pleads not guilty, Thereupon cane a Jury,
to wit, Daniel Linn, Josiah Seckinger, Clem Seckinger, Arnold
Thigpen, W.S. Burnett, T.W. Green, Wm Sapp, R.H. Ault,
J.S. Downing, Johnathan Turner, David J. Ridaught, E.S. Gunnell,
were duly Elected tried and sworn, a true verdict to render, J.J.
Kennard, W.W. Scott and C.L. Wilson were examined as witnesses in behalf of the
State, and the said Jury having heard the evidence, and the argu=
=ment of Council, and the charge of the Court, retired out of the Court
to consider of their verdict, and thereupon, and upon the same day
the said Jury returned into Court and rendered the following verdict,
We the Jury find the Defendant not guilty.
