Alachua County    }  It appearing to me from the petiti
-on of Adam Keil that he is now in the custody of or
that he is imprisoned under an alias Capias issued
out of the circuit court in and for said counties and
that he is desirous of giving bond for his appearance
at the next term of said court in and for the counties
of Alachua & Levy held at Newnansville on the second
Monday in December A.D. 1850.  These are therefore
to command you Samuel Russell to bring or cause
to be brought before us at the Court House in the Town
of Newnansville in said State and County the body
of the said Adam Keil together with the cause of
his detention instanter That Justice may be done
in the premises herein fail not under the penalty
of the Law and have you then and there this writ

investigation and exhummation and on motion it is ordered
that the said Adam Keil be permitted to go at Large upon
giving bond and security in the sum of five hundred
dollars for his appearance at a circuit court to be
held in and for the counties of Alachua & Levy at
Newnansville on the second Monday in December
next A.D. 1850
