In the matter of the application }
of Jesse T. Bernard for admission} The said Jesse T. Bernard having
to practice Law in this State    } made application in open Court, by
petition, to pleas and practice in the Several Courts of this State, and
having given Satisfactory evidence of good moral character, as the law
directs, and having been duly examined touching his knowledge of the law,
and found well Qualified and Skilled therein, It was ordered that he be
admitted to all the privileges of an Attorney, Solicitor and Counsellor
at law in the Several Courts in this State, and that the usual oath
be administered to him, which was accordingly done. 

Cornelius Rain a defaulting Juror came into open Court
and made his excuse for nonattendance at said Court and the
Court considered the excuse to be good, the said Cornelius Rain
was excused.

On motion of Claudius Stewart Esqr, Masey D. Colson was appointed
Elizor to act during the absence of the Coroner of this County.
