bidder, the said lands were sold to him, for the Sum of two
thousand Six hundred and thirty dollars, on a credit until
the first day of January next and the said Seborn J.
Standley having executed his bond with approved personal
Security, which is now here Shown to the Court the
undersigned ask that final decree be rendered in said cause
and that they may be authorized by order of the Court to
make titles to the Said Seborn J. Standley, as directed by
the Statute in such case made and provided, and that the
proceeds of the Sale of said lands may be disposed of by
order of the Court, and the commissioners be hence discharged

                             Upon coming in of the report of the
Commissioners appointed at the fall Term 1853 of this Court
to Sell the lands of the Estate of William S. Standley Deceased,
and it appearing to the Satisfaction of the Court that the said
Commissioners have Sold the Said lands agreeably to the Said
order of the Court, and that said land were Sold to Seborn
J. Standley for the Sum of two thousand Six hundred and
thirty dollars, on a credit until the first day of January
next, and that the said Seborn J. Standley has executed
his bond for the payment of Said Sum of money on the said
first day of January next, with approved personal Security,
It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court, that the
Commissioners do make, execute and deliver good and legal titles
of Said lands to the said Seborn J. Standley, and it is
further ordered adjudged the said Commissioners turn over
to Thomas J. Prevatt the Said Bond provided that
the said Thomas J. Prevatt Shall first make and
execute his Bond with good and sufficient Security, To be
approved by the Court, in the Sum of five thousand
dollars, conditioned to faithfully apply the proceeds of the
Said Sale of the Said lands to the object and purposes set
forth in the Said order of Sale, and it is further ordered,
adjudged, and decreed that the said Commissioners be
allowed for their services and trouble in and about he
premises five per cent upon the amount of the Said Sale
of the Said land, and that the Said five per cent be paid
to said Commissioners by the Said Thomas J. Prevatt,
