Now on this day comes the said
Isham Peacock, who stands indicted of Larceny and
prays the Court to be admitted to bail for his
appearance at the next Term of this Court, Whereupon
the said, Isham Peacock, acknowledged himself to be
indebted the State of Florida in the sum of Five hundred
dollars to be levied of his goods and chattels lands and
tenements and Charles C. Stewart, and Burrill T. Stokes
severally acknowledged themselves to be indebted to the State of
Florida in the sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars
each, to be levied of their respective goods and chattels, lands
and tenements yet upon this condition that if the said
Isham Peacock shall personally appear at the next Circuit |
