of Florida Decr 11th 1854
At a regular Term of the Circuit Court of the Eastern
Circuit of the State of Florida, for the County of
Alachua, began and held at the Court House at Newnansville
in Said County of Alachua, on Monday the 11th day of
December A.D. 1854.
Present the Honorable William A. Forward Judge &c
The venire heretofore Issued being returned on motion of James
M. Baker Esqr Solicitor was Quashed, and a Special Veniri
Issued, and the Jurors Summoned to attend at this Term of
the Court being called, the following Jurors answered to their

The Grand Jurors having retired, Selected as their
Foreman Leander B. Osteen; who was appointed by the Court
as Such Foreman, and duly Sworn,
The Grand Jurors were then Sworn, and the Court
thereupon delivered its charge
Elijah Barrow was Sworn to attend the Grand Jury
as Bailiff during the present Term of the Court |
