Esqr who prosecutes the pleas of the State in this
behalf and Geo M. galpin by his attorney whereupon
came a Jury To Wit

who were sworn well and truly to try said issue
and a true verdict give between the State of Florida
and the said defendant and thereupon the following
witnesses were called on the part of the State To wit
Saml Russell Philip Dell Z. Wellhoner Robert
Youngblood and S.W. Burnett & William D. Clark
Geo B. Payne & Joel B. Smith on the part of the
Defense, and whereupon after argument of the cause
on the part of the State by J.P. sanderson Solicitor and
of said Defendant by Charles A. Mitchel Esqr and
after the charge of his honr touching said indict
ment the Jury having retired to consider of the verdict
returned by W.C. Allen their foreman the following
verdict into court "we the Jury find the Defendant
guilty whereupon it is ordered
