On this day came as well the Solicitor
of the State of Florida, James M. Baker Esqr who
prosicutes the pleas of the State in this behalf, and the
Defendant in person, and the Said Defendant pleads
Guilty, and with the consent of the Solicitor Submitted his
case to the Court, thereupon the Court Sentenced the
Said Defendant to pay to the State of Florida the fine
of five dollars, together the costs of this prosicution

Upon the calling of this case in its
order upon the Docket, it appearing to the Court that no
plea had been filed to the declaration in the case, upon
plaintiffs counsel it is ordered that the plaintiff do take
a Judgment by Default, and the Clerk assess the damages,
and the Clerk having assessed the Damages at one hundred
and forty four dollars and eighty one cents, for therefore it is
considered and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do have
and recover of, and the Said Defendant the Said Sum of
one hundred and forty four dollars and eighty one cents for
Damages on account of the nonperformance of the premises
and the assumptions in the Said plaintiffs declaration
mentioned, together with the further Sum of four dollars
and fifteen cents, for his costs in and about his Suit in
this behalf expended, and the Defendant in mercy &c
