                      Now on this day comes J.P. Sanderson
Esqr Solicitor and saith that he will not prosecute farther on behalf
of the State against the said Wm D. Clark, on the payment of the
costs of this prosecution by the said Defendant.
Whereupon it is ordered by the Court that on the payment of
said costs by the said Defendant he be discharged from custody

it is ordered that this cause be continued to the next term of
