deserted the Said Lydia Wilson the complainant for more
than the Term of one year and that the Said Defendant
Since his marriage with the complainant illicit intercourse with
another woman, thereupon it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the
Said Lydia Wilson be and is forever divorced from the Said Charles
L. Wilson and that the Bonds of Matrimony heretofore existing
between them be and they are hereby dissolved and forever annulled,
and it is further adjudged ordered and decreed that the Said Charles
L. Wilson do pay all the costs attending this application for Divorce

C. Gibbons, John G. Brooker, Lydia Brooker, Lewallen Williams,
Wilbert Cumber, Oliver Bryant
The Grand Jury came into court and there being
no further business before them were discharged.

Isham Peacock } The prisoner being led into Court,
and being arraigned, plead not guilty,
and having announced through C.A. Mitchell and George W. Call
Esqr his Atty. that he was ready for a trial, On motion of
James M. Baker who prosecutes the pleas of the State the
following Jurors were elected tried and sworn in due
form to wit, M. Dixon, J.B. Hunter, Hardy Havard James
M. McKinney B.R. Hinson, John Wiggins Geo McKinney J.D. May
Matthew Hinson H. Sweeney John Dixon J.D.A. Weimer, John

and after argument of counsel and hearing the testimony and
charge of the court retired to deliberate upon their verdict, in
charge of a sworn bailiff of this court.
The Court adjourned until tomorrow morning 1/2 past 9 OC
