                     And now on this day comes the plaintiff
by his Attorney William Edwards Esqr and the Said Defendant
though Solemnly called comes not but makes Default, and
the Defendants default in pleading having been duly entered
and the plaintiff claiming only to recover only on the note
mentioned, and set forth in his declaration, therefore it is
ordered by the Court that Judgment be entered accordingly
and the Clerk assess the Damages, and the Clerk having
assessed the Damages at one hundred and twenty four dollars
and thirty two cents, therefore it is ordered considered and adjudged
by the Court that the plan do have, and recover of and
from the said Defendant the Said Sum of one hundred
and twenty four dollars and thirty two cents for his damages,
together with the further Sum of three dollars and Sixty five cents
for his costs in and about his suit in this behalf expended and
the Defendant in mercy &c
