Baker, the Solicitor who prosecutes the pleas of the State, and
the said defendant appearing in court, pleads not guilty.

came this day into court, and announced their utter inability
to agree, and it appearing they could not agree, and the other
business of the term having been completed, the court discharged
the said Jury from the further consideration of this cause,

next term of this Court.
                               It is ordered that all
recognizances, motions pleas and matters pending in this Court, and not
otherwise disposed of, be continued until the next term of
this court.
                 The court then adjourned until the next
Term in course.
