to give between the State of Florida and the said Adam Keil according
to evidence

Charles F. Fitchett, Calvin Bryant and George Watson Jr. were sworn in
to give evidence on the part of the prosecution.

George Sharp was sworn on the part of the Defendant.

After hearing, evidence in the cause, the allegations and arguments
of Counsel and the charge of the Court, the Jury retired to deliberate upon
their verdict, and afterward returning into Court and saying they find the
Defendant Guilty and assess his fine at Twenty five Dollars

                       On agreement of the Attorneys of the above
mentioned parties, It is ordered that all the cases on the Docket of this Court
between the said parties be merged, and that the trial and judgment
in one trial, be conclusive in all the cares, and that the pleadings be
amended accordingly.

of the Plaintiff's Counsel, and the Plaintiff claiming to recover only on the Note
