assessed the damages at Eight hundred & sixty five dollars and sixty
twenty six cents, it is considered and adjudged by the court that
the plaintiff do have, and recover of, and from the Said Defendant
the Said Sum of Eight hundred & Sixty five dollars and twenty six
cents for his Damages on account of the nonperformance
of the premises, and the assumpsions in the plaintiffs
declaration returnable, together with the further Sum of
                dollars and                  cents for his costs in
this behalf expended expended and the Defendant mercy &c

                   On this day came as well the Solicitor of
the State of Florida James M. Baker Esqr. who prosecutes the
pleas of of the State in this behalf, and the Defendants in
person, and there counsel Messrs Dawkins & Smith and the
Said Defendants pleads not guilty, thereupon came a Jury to wit,
John A. Celon, Benjm Rollins, Wm R. Paisley, B.W. Powell, Giles
U. Ellis, Saml R. Pyles, Philip Dell, Saml J. Kennard,
who were elected, tried and duly Sworn a true verdict to
render Berry Parker, Elijah Barrow, James Bevill C.L. Wilson
Leml Wilson & Amos L. Dell, were examined as witnesses in behalf
of the State, and the Said Jury having heard the evidence
and the arguments of Counsel and the charge of the Court
retired out of Court to consider of their virdict and
