                     Upon the calling of this case in its order
upon the Docket, it appearing that no plea having been filed to this case
declaration in this case and by consent of the Defendant Judgment
is hereby rendered against him in favor of the Plaintiffs for
the Sum of five hundred Dollars, therefore it is considered
and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiffs do have
and recover of and from the Said Defendant the Said Sum
of five hundred dollars for his Damages on account of the
non performance of the premises and the assumpsions in
the plaintiffs declaration mentioned, together with the further
Sum of  two               dollars and eighty cents
for his costs and in and about his Suit in this behalf
expended and the Defendant in mercy &c
